The government of Indonesia has a 10-year development plan for electricity infrastructure set out as the General Electricity Supply Business Plan (Rencana Umum Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik – RUPTL). The long awaited RUPTL 2018 – 2027 was finally issued by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources. Compared to the RUPTL set in 2017, RUPTL 2018 has several changes.
