The Government of Indonesia has issued a new regulation regarding the construction services in Law No.2 of 2017 concerning Construction Service. In general, the new regulation is aimed to accommodate the concerns from practitioners for improvement. It is expected to meet the demands of good governance and the dynamics of the implementation of construction services.
