HPRP is collaborating with the Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) to arrange a Workshop “PKPU: Threat or Opportunity?”

Understanding debts can be a crucial problem for corporations. HPRP in collaboration with the Indonesian Corporate Counsel Association (ICCA) organized a workshop on how a company as a debtor can handle a Suspension of Payments (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang or PKPU) process.

Featuring HPRP Partners, Sartono and Linna Simamora, the workshop was arranged to discuss debt restructuring through PKPU and bankruptcy, its pros and cons, how to prepare for negotiations, and other related matters.

Held in Jakarta (29/11), the interesting discussion attracted attendees from various industries, among others, consumer goods, healthcare, tourism, automotive, real property, financial institutions, energy, and others.
