The Capital Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal or “BKPM”) has issued BKPM Regulation No. 13 of 2017 concerning Guidelines and Procedures for the Implementation of Capital Investment Licensing and Facilities. This regulation was issued as an implementation of the Government’s 16th Economy Policy Package concerning the Acceleration of Business Operations, which is intended to simplify investment licensing and investment facilities procedures in Indonesia.
